Birthdays FAQs

Your party package includes 90 minutes private use of the facility, up to 15 guests, online invitations, and paper goods.

Any child in attendance that is not held in a Baby Bjorn (or similar), a car seat or a stroller is counted as a party guest.

Absolutely. Any child can attend a Romp n’ Roll party regardless of age providing s/he plays safely. Please note that we reserve the right to ask any child playing unsafely (in our sole discretion) to discontinue play.

For private parties, children must be 3 years old to be dropped off.

You can arrive 10 minutes prior to your party time slot. Our birthday team will be available to assist you during set up.

Adults must wear socks in the gym. (We have them for sale if they forget.)
Children may wear socks or go barefooted.
Parents/guardians must complete and sign a release to play form for their child(ren) in order to enter the gym room. We will refuse admittance to those that do not.
Please do not bring or wear anything with glitter.
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before the party start-time so no one misses the fun!
Please depart from the facility within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time so that the staff may clean up and/or prepare for the next party.

Romp n’ Roll may be hosting a party before yours, so please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your party. In the event that you arrive late for your party, it will still end at the scheduled time.
Romp n’ Roll may be hosting a party after yours, so please ensure that your party departs from the facility within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time so that the staff may clean up and/or prepare for the next party.

We provide: a candle lighter, plates, napkins, utensils, main table, and online invitations that are included in your confirmation email.

You provide: cake and any other nut-free food you wish, candles for your cake, your camera, and any themed party goods.

Many parents ask us about our policy on tipping. Tips are welcomed if the birthday party exceeds your expectations. Tips are accepted in cash or on your credit card

Yes! Some locations go up to 25 guests outside of the included 15. There is an additional cost per child, and that capacity and price varies per location.

Romp n’ Roll is more fun than an ice cream cone on a hot summer day, more fun than going to the park and WAY more fun than running errands with mom (yuck!). Imagine your dream place. Does it have soft floors and can you run around barefoot? Does it have a trapeze and monkey bars and a rock wall and a super cool bubble machine? Now imagine a big party there with ALL your friends. Are you running around like crazy, playing cool games like freeze dance, having an indoor snowball fight and dancing your tushies off? Oh, and are you the star? Do you get to wear a crown and eat cake? Yeah, that’s pretty fun, huh? That’s Romp n’ Roll.

We know, we know. A party at Romp n’ Roll is just about the most fun you can have, but trust us, you’ll play so hard, you’ll definitely want to go home and sleep for a while afterwards! But remember, Romp n’ Roll has a so many classes that you can come to during the week and once the grown ups enroll you in one of our classes, you’ll get to come to open gym (which is a lot like a birthday party, without the cake and presents, of course). So, talk to your parents about signing you up! We’d love to have you back at Romp n’ Roll!

You are only required to bring the cake (or cupcakes), candles, and your camera to capture the magical moments. We provide the plates, napkins, and utensils for serving the food. We also offer invitations if desired.
Rompy’s party room and playspace are party ready! While you’re welcome to bring decorations that may be placed on the cake and/or guest tables, our policy is that any hanging decorations may only be placed by our team on the space provided. This is to protect our walls from any damage due to tape, pins, etc.

Any special theme-related decor, and any food you wish for us to serve your guests. Socks, oh, and don’t forget the birthday child! 😉

2 hour party time frames are typically only available for the last time frame of the day. We do not extend parties the day of the event. All questions for extensions should be asked upon booking.

It’s recommended that all children enter the gym with an adult during a Super Birthday Bash. Our equipment is designed for children under 6. Although all other guests and grown ups are welcome, for safety purposes please do not use the equipment.

Reservations can be canceled within 3 days of booking for a full refund. After three days, reservations are non-refundable, but a re-booking for another date is possible with a fee of $100.
