I celebrate my child’s birthday party here. It was awesome. The excellent staff set up my decorations and clean up afterwards without my help. The staff was energetic, eased each transition of events, and gave detailed explanations of the activities. They encouraged adults and kids participation. They had obstacle course, bubble dance party, and even a snowball fight. When it was done, some kids didn’t want to leave, and some parents talked to me about all the fun they had days later. My wife and I recently had our daughter’s birthday party at the NW Romp n’ Roll location, and it was the best decision we could’ve made, and here’s why: 1.	Good communication: We booked at least two months in advance. From the moment our desired date and time was confirmed, the team at Romp n’ Roll provided general guidelines regarding the day of the party as well as the link to the waiver form that each parent must fill out. We followed up with more questions, as most parents do, and they responded with all the information we needed. The transparency and detailed agenda for the party was there from the beginning, which we truly appreciated. They were a phone call, email, or a text message away ready to assure us things were going to be taken care of based on our needs. 2.	Exceptional Staff: When the team at Romp n’ Roll say they will take care of everything, do believe they will support you all the way through on the day of the party. Days prior to the event, the staff reached out asking us for final details as well as anything we wanted them to know in terms of decorations, food, and special songs for the party. The staff were very friendly and kind to help us unload everything in our car, set up all decorations, follow all of our instructions we provided in advance. Our arrival was smooth, which helped us be ready to welcome our guests. The positive and serving attitude of all the staff made a big difference. After the party was over, and we didn’t have to worry about putting things away, the staff went above and beyond and helped us load our car once again so that we could be on our way. 3.	Fun and Engaging Activities: We have been to all sorts of kid’s parties over the past year. Both free-play and guided structures have their benefits. It was important for us to give the kids a space where they could play with each other. We couldn’t be happier with each activity done during the party. The party leader and supporting staff are very professional and know how to make the kids laugh and participate every time. The best part: the adults also got involved in the games making it even better! One last thing, the staff will advise you to let your guests know to arrive 5 minutes before the start time for the party. The best advice we can give you is to emphasize this part to your guests. You will not want any of the kiddos to miss any of the super fun activities they have planned. Thank you to everyone at the NW Romp n’ Roll location. Michelle is the best - always so welcoming and engaging with the kids! We have had a wonderful experience here, from the classes to open play time. We love that there is a focus area each week to help build skills and promote creativity. Our little one looks forward to “having fun with Rompey :)” each week. Romp N Roll was hands down 5 star the best birthday place for my toddler! The owner and hosts were very organized, helpful , and energetic! Great energy and clean atmosphere! The activities were perfect for toddlers and I loved how they engaged the parents to participate in activities as well. This business definitely lived to their expectations and went well above as well. I love how it was our own private party- no outsid visitors were allowed during the party time. We just started going here this month, and my son absolutely loves it! It's very interactive, the staff are welcoming, and there are a lot of different classes and events to choose from.
