We are especially fond of Ms. Toya, she always remembers my child's name and even his nickname.  He loves coming to see her and will actively give side eye if someone else is leading that day. It's a great way to get out extra energy in a safe environment. I've seen such awesome improvements in his strength, balance and climbing skills. They also have special touches, like adaptations to the bathrooms to make them easier to use with toddlers. I also like that you can purchase a Class Pass, instead of signing up for a subscription because our schedule is so flexible.

My only complaint is the timing of some of the classes. We would love to attend the Construction class, but noon classes don't work well with toddler lunch and nap times.

I celebrate my child’s birthday party here. It was awesome. The excellent staff set up my decorations and clean up afterwards without my help. The staff was energetic, eased each transition of events, and gave detailed explanations of the activities. They encouraged adults and kids participation. They had obstacle course, bubble dance party, and even a snowball fight. When it was done, some kids didn’t want to leave, and some parents talked to me about all the fun they had days later. I would do it again, but my child aged out. If you want a private party with lots of entertainment and low stress for children from age 1 to 6, I recommend Romp N Roll NW Charlotte.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I recently had our daughter’s birthday party at the NW Romp n’ Roll location, and it was the best decision we could’ve made, and here’s why:

1.	Good communication: We booked at least two months in advance. From the moment our desired date and time was confirmed, the team at Romp n’ Roll provided general guidelines regarding the day of the party as well as the link to the waiver form that each parent must fill out. We followed up with more questions, as most parents do, and they responded with all the information we needed. The transparency and detailed agenda for the party was there from the beginning, which we truly appreciated. They were a phone call, email, or a text message away ready to assure us things were going to be taken care of based on our needs.

2.	Exceptional Staff: When the team at Romp n’ Roll say they will take care of everything, do believe they will support you all the way through on the day of the party. Days prior to the event, the staff reached out asking us for final details as well as anything we wanted them to know in terms of decorations, food, and special songs for the party. The staff were very friendly and kind to help us unload everything in our car, set up all decorations, follow all of our instructions we provided in advance. Our arrival was smooth, which helped us be ready to welcome our guests. The positive and serving attitude of all the staff made a big difference. After the party was over, and we didn’t have to worry about putting things away, the staff went above and beyond and helped us load our car once again so that we could be on our way.

3.	Fun and Engaging Activities: We have been to all sorts of kid’s parties over the past year. Both free-play and guided structures have their benefits. It was important for us to give the kids a space where they could play with each other. We couldn’t be happier with each activity done during the party. The party leader and supporting staff are very professional and know how to make the kids laugh and participate every time. The best part: the adults also got involved in the games making it even better! One last thing, the staff will advise you to let your guests know to arrive 5 minutes before the start time for the party. The best advice we can give you is to emphasize this part to your guests. You will not want any of the kiddos to miss any of the super fun activities they have planned.

We have had a wonderful experience here, from the classes to open play time. We love that there is a focus area each week to help build skills and promote creativity. Romp N Roll was hands down 5 star the best birthday place for my toddler! The owner and hosts were very organized, helpful , and energetic! Great energy and clean atmosphere! The activities were perfect for toddlers and I loved how they engaged the parents to participate in activities as well. This business definitely lived to their expectations and went well above as well. I love how it was our own private party- no outsid visitors were allowed during the party time. As the mother, I was honestly was able to sit and relax while they did ALLL OF THE WORK, including the decorations I provided! Best place to have toddler birthday party!

What ages is Romp n' Roll Northwest Charlotte for?

Our classes, camps, and parties are designed exclusively for children ages 3 months to 5 years. Every class, every instructor, and every inch of our space is built specifically for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

What kinds of classes do you offer?

We offer gym, music, art, science, cooking, dance, and toddler sports classes — all under one roof. Classes rotate regularly so there’s always something new to try. Browse by age or class type to find the right fit for your child.

How do I get started?

The easiest way is to book a $10 trial class. You and your child come in, try a class together, and see if it’s a good fit — no commitment required.

Do parents stay during class?

Most of our classes are Grown-Up Inclusive, meaning parents and caregivers participate alongside their children. Some classes for older preschoolers are Grown-Up Optional. We’ll always tell you what to expect before you arrive.

Where are you located?

We’re located at 3611 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road, Suite 207 in Charlotte—right in the Mountain Island area alongside local spots like the Coffee House at Mountain Island, and just minutes from Walmart Supercenter and Harris Teeter. We proudly serve families from Northwest Charlotte, Mountain Island Lake, Huntersville, Mooresville, Gastonia, and the surrounding Mecklenburg and Gaston County areas.

Is your facility clean and safe for young children?

Yes, our facility is deep-cleaned daily to protect babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. We use non-toxic, child-safe disinfectants on all equipment, mats, and toys. Our space features padded, shock-absorbing flooring, and we enforce a strict sick-child policy to keep our community healthy.
