New owner Marie Simmons is featured in West Orange Times & Observer

Open now for just about a month, Romp n’ Roll’s first Florida franchise is already big news. Franchisee Marie Simmons and her new business are featured prominently in the latest issue of West Orange Times & Observer.

The article profiles Marie, her background and how she discovered Romp n’ Roll. Marie, a single mother, was looking for a rewarding career that was also conducive to parenting her young son. Starting a Romp n’ Roll franchise was the perfect solution for her. Owning her business in Winter Garden, Florida, has exceeded her expectations, as she opened with 100 parents already signed on as members. The article explains:

“We have been extremely busy from the minute that door opened,” Simmons said. “It’s been great. The community has had a really good response to it and every person that has come in seems to love it, so we’re really happy at how things are going.”

Simmons thought the idea of an indoor children’s gym was a perfect fit in a state famous for its typical hot climate and rainy periods. After visiting the corporate office in Virginia and having a few conversations with the company executives, Simmons began searching for a centrally located property in West Orange with ample parking space.

“We love this area (Winter Garden), and we’re just a couple of minutes from Windermere, Ocoee and Clermont, but there’s nothing here for kids,” Simmons said. “There’s a gymnastics studio and a skating rink, but other than that, there’s nothing here for kids.”

Now is an ideal time to join Romp n’ Roll franchise

In most communities — just as is the case in Winter Garden, Florida — there’s pent-up demand from young families for the services Romp n’ Roll offers and there’s no direct competitor. Romp n’ Roll is focused on rapid growth and expansion this year, especially targeting communities in the eastern half of the United States.

If you are looking for a rewarding career and want to make a difference in the lives of families in your community, we’d like to talk with you.
