Class Policies

Under our new flexible membership plans, you can sign your child into and out of classes online, at your convenience.

Please grab a nametag for your child prior to class and if you are attending a parent-inclusive class, please also grab one for yourself.

If you are not able to attend a class for which you have registered, we request that you cancel yourself out of that class at least 12 hours before the classes start time. Canceling out of the class allows a person from the waitlist to be moved up into the class; therefore, the 12-hour time frame provides enough time to be able to attend.

Please dress yourself and your child in comfortable clothing.

Children can wear socks or go barefoot; however, all adults must wear socks. If you forget socks, we have them available for sale.
Shoes, coats, and other belongings should be placed in the appropriate areas in the lobby. We are not responsible for unattended items or those left by accident.
We request that children not wear clothing with glitter.

For parent-inclusive classes, you are responsible for your child’s safety. Please stay within a hug’s reach of your child.

To avoid potentially unsafe situations, please engage your child in the fun class activities.

Please limit the making and receiving of calls during class to emergencies only.

Please report any unsafe conditions or behavior to the Romp n’ Roll staff. If your child is playing in a manner that we deem to be unsafe, we have the right to ask you to leave the facility.

Please do not enter our storage closets at any time.
If you would like a piece of equipment moved or adjusted, please ask a staff member.
If your child puts any toys, instruments, or art materials in their mouth, please place the items in our “Yucky Bucket” or give them to the instructor so they may be cleaned.

No food or drink is allowed in the gym at any time.
We are a nut free facility. When bringing a snack for your child, please make sure it is nut free and that it is kept in the lobby.
Please refrain from chewing gum anywhere in the facility.

Class and Open Playtime schedules are subject to change.
A class can be canceled due to low enrollment.
If we cancel classes due to inclement weather, we will post a notice on our Facebook page.

Please do not attend class when you or your child are ill. If you or your child are sick, please take advantage of our flexible scheduling policy and return to class when everyone is healthy!

We want every child to be have an amazing time at Romp n’ Roll. While we know that children have wonderful moments, we also expect that there may be some difficult times as well. If your child is having a difficult time (tantrums, crying), we ask that you follow the following basic procedure:

Take a few minutes to see if your child will calm down – try to distract him/her by emphasizing the exciting activities in the class.
If your child is unable to calm down within a few minutes, please feel free to move your child to a quieter area away from the activity of the class (i.e., lobby, quiet area of the facility). Gently tell your child if he/she calms down s/he can go back into the activity.
Once your child has calmed down, bring him/her back into the class for more fun and learning.
If you have questions, please speak to your instructor for more ideas!

Our program is designed for one grown up per child. If an additional grown up would like to attend, please speak with a staff member as we may have limitations due to space and safety.
Romp n’ Roll encourages you to bring friends who may be interested in joining. Please have your friend schedule their trial class online.
Children attending a grownup-inclusive class must do so under the care of an adult 18 years of age or older.

Romp n’ Roll cannot accommodate non-enrolled siblings in any class. Infants who are worn or who remain in a car seat may be brought into class. If you have an older child at home on a Romp n’ Roll day who is typically in school, we ask that you make childcare arrangements for your non-enrolled child or reschedule your class. For safety reasons, non-enrolled children cannot remain in the lobby unattended during class.

Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
Romp n’ Roll will not be able to honor refund requests made due to absences.

All memberships are subject to terms and conditions as agreed upon when purchasing membership.
Before canceling your membership with Romp n’ Roll, please consider the option of pausing your membership.

Birthday Party FAQs

Our party package is packed with fun! Here’s what’s waiting for you:

  • 90 minutes of private use of our colorful, kid-friendly facility.
  • Energetic instructors ready to lead age-appropriate games, activities, and endless giggles.
  • Online invitations to make party planning a breeze.
  • Paper goods (yep, we’ve got you covered—plates, napkins, and utensils).
  • The world-famous Disco Ball Bubble Dance Party—a party isn’t a party without it!
  • And of course, lifelong memories for the birthday star and all their friends.

Your party includes up to 15 kids, but the more, the merrier! Additional children can join the fun for a small extra fee.

Ready to celebrate? Let’s make it unforgettable!

If they’re on the move, they count! Any child who’s not in a Baby Bjorn (or similar carrier), car seat, or stroller is considered a party guest.

We host birthday parties exclusively for children turning 1 through 6. Every party is tailored to the age of the guest of honor — so a first birthday feels completely different from a fifth birthday. You’ll have the option to choose the activities that fit your child best, or let us guide you based on what kids that age love most.

Of course! Romp n’ Roll parties are for kids of all ages—young and young at heart. Older children are welcome to join the party and are invited to jump in on the games, music, and open play; however, our gym equipment is reserved for children 6 and under. Just a heads-up: if anyone’s play gets a little too wild for our space, we may kindly ask them to take a break. Safety first, fun always!

Kids aged 3 and up can be dropped off to join the fun. But you may not want to—Romp n’ Roll parties are just as much fun for the parents as they are for the kids. Get ready to jump in and PLAY!

You’re welcome to arrive 10 minutes before your party time slot to get everything ready. Don’t worry—our amazing birthday team will be there to help you set up and make sure everything is perfect. All you need to bring is your party spirit!

You will be given a link to provide to your guests so they can create a profile with us and sign a waiver! No waiver, no play – safety first!

We’re pros at throwing unforgettable parties, but a little teamwork goes a long way! Here’s how you can help:

  • Arrive on time: Please plan to get here 10 minutes before your party starts. Romp n’ Roll may have a party before yours, so arriving earlier might not be possible. If you’re late, keep in mind your party will still end at the scheduled time.
  • Sit back and enjoy the celebration: Once you arrive, let our team take care of the details. From activities to cleanup, we’ve got it all covered—your only job is to soak in the smiles and fun!
  • Wrap it up promptly: We may have another celebration right after yours. Please ensure your party wraps up and departs within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time so our team can prep for the next round of fun.
Follow these tips, and we’ll make it a seamless, stress-free celebration for everyone!

We’ve got the essentials covered:

  • A candle lighter (because no one wants to battle with matches).
  • Plates, napkins, and utensils for all the little partygoers.
  • A main table to display your treats and treasures.
  • Online invitations

What do you bring?

  • The cake and any other nut-free snacks you’d like to share.
  • Candles to make those birthday wishes come true.
  • Your camera to capture every laugh, smile, and bubble dance moment.
  • Any themed party goods to make it uniquely yours.

Together, we’ll create a party that’s stress-free and unforgettable!

Many parents ask about tipping, and while it’s not required, it’s always appreciated! If your Romp n’ Roll party team goes above and beyond to make the celebration unforgettable, feel free to show your gratitude. Tips can be given in cash or added to your credit card—whatever works best for you!

Absolutely! Some Romp n’ Roll locations can accommodate up to 25 children beyond the included 15. There’s an additional cost per child, with pricing and capacity varying by location. Just check with your local Romp n’ Roll team, and we’ll help make it happen!

You sure can! All you really need to bring is the cake (or cupcakes), candles, and a camera to capture the magical moments—we’ve got plates, napkins, utensils, and even invitations covered.

Rompy’s party room and playspace are already decked out and party-ready, but if you’d like to add your own flair, feel free to bring decorations for the cake table or guest tables. For any hanging decorations, our team will handle those for you and place them in the designated spaces. This keeps our walls safe from tape, pins, or other damage. Let’s keep it festive and fun!

Here’s your party checklist:

  • The cake or cupcakes (because birthday wishes need candles!).
  • Candles for the cake.
  • A camera to capture every magical moment.
  • Socks for adults and kids who’ll be playing (or they can be purchased on-site)
  • Any themed decorations you’d like to make the party uniquely yours.
  • Any food you’d like us to serve your guests (nut-free, please!).
  • Oh, and most importantly… don’t forget the birthday child!
We’ve got everything else covered, so you can focus on having fun!

Maybe! 2-hour party time slots are usually only available for the last time frame of the day. Keep in mind, though, that we can’t extend parties on the day of the event, so if you’re interested in extra time, be sure to ask about it when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate!

Your safety is our top priority! Here’s what you need to know:

  • During a Super Birthday Bash, we recommend that all children enter the gym with an adult to keep things safe and fun. We require that children 3 years and younger be accompanied by an adult.
  • Our equipment is designed for children under 6, so while older kids are welcome to join the fun, we ask that they stick to participating in the activities rather than using the equipment.
  • Grown-ups, get ready to jump in! You’re encouraged to actively play and join the excitement—it’s not just for the kids!
With everyone involved and playing safely, this party is going to be a blast for all!

We understand plans can change! Here’s how our policy works:

  • Full Refund: Cancel within 3 days of booking, and you’ll receive a full refund.
  • After 3 Days: Reservations become non-refundable, but you can reschedule for a different date with a $100 re-booking fee.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and make sure your celebration happens!
