At Romp n’ Roll, we know how to party! Do you? If so, you might be the next addition to our team of incredible Birthday Bash leaders! Romp n’ Roll is famous for the private birthday parties we host for kids turning 1-6 years of age. As a Birthday Bash Host, you will lead parties and provide incredible customer service. Not up on the latest and greatest party games for toddlers and preschoolers? No worries, we are, and we’ll provide complete training to make sure you are the “life of the party”. This position demands a high level of energy, a “can-do” service-focused attitude and the ability to relate well to both adults and children. You will need availability on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons and have a passion for disco ball bubble dance parties. Job requirements include having at least one year of experience working with children and having a fun, positive, “get-it-done” personality. Oh, and did we mention that we offer competitive pay (plus parents often tip when you knock the party out of the park) and… you get to work in your socks!

I hosted my son’s birthday at Romp n Roll and as soon as I entered the employees made me feel at ease by taking everything over and helping. I’ve been to many birthdays and felt like the staff here go above and beyond to make sure your birthday party goes on smoothly. I would highly recommend hosting a birthday party here!

A special thank you to Ms. Ella, Ms. Krissie, and Ms. Freya.
They are all so kind, professional, patient, and attentive with the children. We really appreciate the care and attention they give to each child.
Every class offers a great variety of games, music, movement, and fun activities that help children learn and develop important skills through play. The activities encourage coordination, creativity, confidence, social skills, and overall development while keeping the kids engaged and having fun.

My daughter has been a member of Romp n Roll since she was 6 months old, as we approach her 2nd Birthday and reflect, it’s hard to think of her life without also thinking about Romp. This place has become a second home for us through all the phases of babyhood, toddlerhood, and more deeply, motherhood. We are thankful for a place she can grow strong, learn through play, and make lifelong friendships. We’ve now hosted our daughter’s birthday at Romp n’ Roll twice—and both experiences have been absolutely phenomenal!

The Super Birthday Bash package is truly worth it. It basically gives you the entire venue, which makes the party feel private, spacious, and stress-free. Both times, the facility was spotless, well-organized, and ready for guests. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—they are incredibly helpful, attentive, and you can genuinely tell they care about making your child’s day special.

Our first party was almost effortless on our end. Aside from bringing a few extra decorations we wanted, the team handled everything—set up, structured play (which the kids LOVED), and clean up. The flow of the party felt seamless, and we were actually able to enjoy the celebration instead of managing it.

The second time was just as smooth—if not even better. We brought in outside performers, and the staff was so flexible in adjusting the schedule to accommodate them. They made everything work without any stress, and it felt completely effortless from our perspective. Huge shoutout to Elijah, who was amazing both times—he patiently answered all my questions, helped with planning the setup and schedule, and made sure everything ran perfectly.

What really stands out is how thoughtfully everything is run—from the engaging activities that keep kids entertained the entire time, to the clear communication, to the way the team anticipates your needs before you even ask. As a parent, that level of support makes all the difference.

Honestly, I can’t rave about this place enough. If you’re looking for a birthday venue that is fun, organized, clean, and genuinely stress-free—this is it. We’ll absolutely be back again!

It is solely because of her kindness and care that I will continue to bring my child there. This one is soo new and clean, cute trendy theme and decor, the range of activities in class is great, and instructor was upbeat and helpful. Love!
