At Romp n’ Roll, we know how to party! Do you? If so, you might be the next addition to our team of incredible Birthday Bash leaders! Romp n’ Roll is famous for the private birthday parties we host for kids turning 1-6 years of age. As a Birthday Bash Host, you will lead parties and provide incredible customer service. Not up on the latest and greatest party games for toddlers and preschoolers? No worries, we are, and we’ll provide complete training to make sure you are the “life of the party”. This position demands a high level of energy, a “can-do” service-focused attitude and the ability to relate well to both adults and children. You will need availability on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons and have a passion for disco ball bubble dance parties. Job requirements include having at least one year of experience working with children and having a fun, positive, “get-it-done” personality. Oh, and did we mention that we offer competitive pay (plus parents often tip when you knock the party out of the park) and… you get to work in your socks!

A special thank you to Michelle, our host, who was absolutely amazing. She was very hands on, energetic, and engaging throughout the entire party. Michelle did activities with both the children and the adults, making sure everyone felt included in the fun. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail helped make the celebration extra special.

Our kids have always loved the playtimes and classes so they wanted to do their birthday party here. Now that we've had it, I want to shout from the rooftops that everyone needs to book a birthday party here!

The Romp N Roll team was AMAZING from start to finish. We walked through the front doors and they basically said "we've got it from here". They handled EVERYTHING - setting up our decorations, getting the food ready (even serving it when it was time), and of course leading the kids in all the fun activities. They made our birthday boys feel SO special with everything they did. It also felt like a perfect balance of open play and planned games, even having some where the adults could participate (pom pom snowball fight!) They loved every minute of it, especially the bubble disco party that caps off the party.

My husband and I both said it felt like the first party of theirs we could actually enjoy and not stress about the logistics. We're already crossing our fingers that they want to do their party here again next year, too! Thank you, Romp N Roll - it was definitely a successful party and a core memory for our whole family!

The employees were amazing - so personable and great with the babies. The pacing was perfect for keeping their attention. From the moment we walked in the door until leaving the staff at the Concord location was phenomenal! The staff took care of all the decorating, setting up our food and cleanup plus Michelle did an outstanding job leading all the kids through a fun time in the gym! The facility was super clean and every kid and adult takes their shoes off to go in the gym and sanitizes their hands, which meant a lot to me as a mother of an immune compromised child! Our little one had the best birthday party here and even her friends were saying what a fun party it was! This was our first time here and definitely will not be our last! I can’t recommend this place enough and definitely ask for Michelle, she’s just wonderful with the kids!

Our daughter had so much fun being able to play, explore, and engage with other kids her age. One of our favorite things about the classes is that they’re specifically designed for toddlers, rather than mixing little ones with much older children like many other gym/play places do. It makes such a difference because the activities are age-appropriate, and the little ones can actually participate and have fun without feeling overwhelmed by bigger kids. We are just leaving RompNRoll for my niece’s birthday party and I swore to the owner, Michelle, that I would leave a review because she absolutely deserves it (as well as her employee)! This place was unbelievably clean and organized and Michelle had everyone use hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes as they transitioned to and from play and food. Michelle also had a 10 year age range to work with as far as keeping all of the kids entertained - and boy did she keep them entertained. Even us adults were engaged :) I highly recommend this place for play or parties! Michelle is a passionate owner and wonderful with kids and people of all ages.

From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff makes you feel right at home with such a warm, enthusiastic, and welcoming environment. The team does an incredible job keeping the energy high, the facility spotless, and every session engaging.
The activities are perfectly tailored for toddlers—balancing structured learning, free play, music, and physical movement. Watching our daughter build confidence, explore the play equipment, and interact with other kids was been an absolute joy.
