Our mixed ages class is a parent-inclusive class and is perfect for siblings or a 3-5 year old who prefers to have a parent in the class. The class is designed so that children can participate in activities that are developmentally appropriate, regardless of age. The instructor is there to help the parents so children are participating in fun, appropriate activities.

We begin each class by calling out our mascot, Rompy, singing our hello song which includes the names of each child, as well as a literature selection appropriate for our weekly theme. The equipment in the gym is arranged in two obstacle courses that focus on developmentally appropriate skills for the older children. The instructor will also inform the parents of and help facilitate appropriate activities for the younger children.

During class, we come together for fun activities that range from playing the rhythm sticks to hula hoop jumping. At the end of each class, your child will participate in fun parachute songs and activities and an exciting bubble dance party. To close each class, we sing songs together and sing goodbye to each child.
