Testimonials | Romp n' Roll Mechanicsville

We became members of Romp n' Roll when my oldest child, Will, was about 2, which was 4.5 years ago.  When he was our only child, the parent/child classes allowed us to bond and have quality time with our son on Saturday mornings (we both work full time). 

Now my twin girls, Katie and Maddie, are enrolled.  From the start, Romp n' Roll impressed us by providing a variety of age-appropriate activities.   Music, books, art, rhymes, bubbles, parachutes, and obstacle courses are examples of the variety that has excited all 3 of our children.    

Romp n' Roll is the highest quality program and facility of those we considered.   Their staff is enthusiastic and they design developmentally appropriate games and activities for each class. 

When our daughters began at Romp n' Roll, the physical activities were most important in helping them develop their fine and gross motor skills.  Now that they are 3, we love the classes that provide them with time to play and exercise, but also allow them to paint, cut, glue, and color.  We love the variety.   The structured time at the start of class with Rompy, songs, and a book is very special.   We also love the fact that some weeks there are balls and blow up toys, and other weeks there are colorful scarves and instruments.   The bubbles and parachute time is always a hit, and art has recently become another favorite time for our children at Romp n' Roll.  

Speaking of "art", the staff members at Romp n' Roll recognize that keeping young childrens' attention IS an art ... and clearly they have mastered it!    

P.S. I must also comment on the fabulous birthday parties!  When our daughters turned 3, we had their party at Romp n' Roll.  Not only did the 3-year olds have a super time, but our older son and their cousins loved it - it was great fun for everyone involved (and no clean up for the parents!).
