Summer Camp at Romp n' Roll Lynchburg

 

Summer Camp registration time is here! The officially-fun, officially-famous Romp n' Roll Summer Camp blasts off on Monday, June 4th and runs weekly through Wednesday, August 29th.

 

Registration begins Monday, February 20th. You may enroll in person or over the telephone by calling us- no email registrations, please. (Phones may be busy during camp registration periods. If you get our voicemail, please leave a detailed message and we will return calls promptly in the order we receive them.) 

Choose one week, a week here or there, or the whole summer. Camp will be offered in the following session:

 

• Monday and Wednesday 9am - noon    

 

Our daily schedule is action-packed with "kid-tested, Rompy-approved" sessions including Gym, Art, and Music fun!

Camp Registration Fees are $54 per weekly session and include a nut-free snack and drink each day! Sibling discount applies- 15% off the 2nd child. Plus if you register for five weekly sessions (10 days of camp) or more you will receive unlimited Open Gym for the entire summer!

 

When registering, please have the following information available:

 

• Weeks you are registering for

 

• Child’s name and birthday

 

• Parent’s names

 

• Home phone and cell phone numbers

 

• Email address

 

• Allergies, if applicable

 

• Emergency contact information (such as grandparents or parents work number)

 

• Contact information for individuals authorized to pick your child up

 

• Visa/MasterCard information

 

The Fine print: We require a 25% deposit at the time of registration with the balance for the summer due by June 4th. The balance will be run on your credit card on the 4th unless alternative payment is received beforehand. Any registrations after the 4th of June will be paid in full. All camp deposits and payments are non-refundable.
