Romp n' Roll instructors in China receive comprehensive paid training at both our U.S. and China headquarters.

U.S. Training

Prior to departing for China, instructors will come to our corporate headquarters in Richmond, VA to receive training at our flagship Romp n' Roll location, conducted by the corporate Director of Curriculum and Training, Jenneane Snyder (all expenses paid).

During this training, new instructors will:

• Have the opportunity to observe and receive "hands-on" training in all Romp n' Roll classes and programs.
• Receive extensive training and materials on child development, communication, and overviews of the classes offered.
• Receive personalized classroom training on all Romp n' Roll programs as well as child development and communication
• Have the opportunity to have a Q&A session with an instructor who spent one year in China as a Romp n' Roll instructor.

Prior to leaving for China, instructors are lead through the process of applying for and receiving their passport and visa. The visa and any expedition fees that might be necessary are paid for by the company.

Training in Beijing:

Upon arrival, new instructors will receive 3-4 weeks of training at the Romp n' Roll China headquarters in Beijing. This training will include:

• A warm welcome at the airport with an orientation to the city.
• Observation of and involvement in classes as well as performing class elements.
• Training on how to work with the translators.
• Living accommodations in Beijing until you are relocated to your permanent location.
